It has been Artec's experience that having cost management consultants with extensive and specific expertise in performing arts facility building projects is of extremely high importance to the smooth development of a project. History has shown that simple cost management methods that work perfectly well for simpler building types, can lead to gross errors in the estimation of cost by otherwise competent cost consultants. There are only a limited number of cost consultants worldwide who have such significant experience with performing arts facilities. This service can be provided by Artec in collaboration with our Strategic Partners.
