An early Construction Cost Evaluation by specialists with specific and extensive experience in performing arts facilities is very important during the Pre-Design Phase. This early process allows the Client and Artec to ensure that the number of rooms and their quality level (as described in the Facility Description Document) is in line with available resources. Typically, at this stage, some adjustment or refinement of the Space List is necessary before the Facility Description Document is finalized.
