

Artec works with the Client to confirm the type and size of facility best suited to their specific needs, ambitions and resources.
Once an appropriate Program Matrix has been defined, the next step is the development of a Facility Description Document. As part of this, Artec will develop the Space List for the facility; which is then discussed and further refined together with the Client and the principal stakeholders. In many projects, this is the point at which the initial Construction Cost Evaluation is undertaken. The Facility Description Document and Space List are then adjusted until it is in balance with the available financial resources.
