Artec provides Space Adjacency Guidelines for use by the Design Team of the project. This information informs the rest of the team of the key spatial relationships that play a great part in determining the functionality and economic efficiency of the new facility.

In some projects, Clients have elected to commission Artec to prepare a conceptual layout of the facility based on a specific site. This then forms the starting point of an iterative design process with the Architect of the project. This conceptual layout can also be used as part of an architectural competition package.
