Achieving great performing arts facilities, at any budget level, begins with the earliest steps in the planning process. Artec is usually asked by our Clients to apply our expertise from the beginning of the pre-design phase of a project, and although each project is different, we are often asked to start work six months to a year before an architectural design team is formed.

By commissioning Artec in a timely manner, our experience in this special type of building project can be applied early in the development of the project.
