The Opera House was envisioned as a performing arts venue on the Compton Verney estate south of Birmingham in Middle England. The opera house was to be located at a manmade lake on the historic parkland. The architectural competition took place during 1989 and 1990.
The 1100-seat Opera House designed in the classical horseshoe-shaped was never built due to lock of funding.
Artec provided Design and Planning services from Pre-Design Phase including Performance Venue Design and Space Organization for the opera house, prior to the architectural competition.
